International Education: Focus on the Learner

The Centre for Research in International Education is pleased to announce its Fifth Biennial Conference
The topic allows for a number of possible streams, including: foundation learning, embedded literacy training, second language learning, curriculum design issues, assessment design issues, issues of pedagogy (across a range of disciplines), academic skills advising, issues of motivation and leadership, cultural expectations and adjustment, needs identification.
When: Thursday 30 June 2011 – Saturday 2 July 2011
Where: AIS St Helens Asquith Avenue Campus, Mt Albert Auckland
Abstract deadline: 31 March 2011
Full paper deadline: 30 April 2011
Peer review process completion: 31 May 2011
Revised paper deadline: 17 June 2011
(Papers not received by the revised paper deadline will not be included in the conference CD).
We will be looking for suitable papers from the conference presentations for inclusion in the Journal of International Education and Business.
